1. About Us

These terms govern your use of the Nutrionyx website and any purchases made through it. Nutrionyx is a brand of Luxury Sports Nutrition Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number to be inserted). Registered office: 21 Ellis Street, London SW1X 9AL.

2. Waitlist and Discount Codes

By joining the Nutrionyx waiting list you will receive a unique, personal discount code entitling you to 20% off your first order. The following conditions apply:

• Each code is unique and personal to the individual who registered
• Codes may not be shared, transferred, or sold
• Each code is valid for one use only
• Codes expire 90 days after the Nutrionyx launch date
• Codes apply to full-price items only and cannot be combined with other offers
• We reserve the right to invalidate codes used fraudulently or in breach of these terms

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are accepted at the price shown at the time of purchase.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we take care to represent our products accurately, slight variations in colour may occur.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Delivery

We ship to UK addresses. Delivery timescales and costs will be shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at your expense unless the product is faulty.

To initiate a return, contact hello@nutrionyx.co.uk. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Health Disclaimer

Nutrionyx products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Luxury Sports Nutrition Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
