Nutrionyx is a brand of Luxury Sports Nutrition Limited, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 21 Ellis Street, London SW1X 9AL. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What Data We Collect

When you join our waiting list, we collect:

  • Your first name
  • Your email address
  • Your flavour preferences
  • The date and time of your registration
  • Your unique discount code and its expiry date

When you place an order, we additionally collect billing and delivery information, payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number), and order history.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Send your unique discount code and launch confirmation email
  • Notify you when Nutrionyx launches
  • Send relevant product updates and launch communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • Process and fulfil your orders
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (given when you join the waiting list) and, once you become a customer, on the basis of contractual necessity and legitimate interests.

5. How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted within the European Economic Area. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Your data is never sold to third parties.

6. Third Parties

We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Google Firebase — data storage and email delivery infrastructure.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect any data processed before withdrawal)
  • Lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk
